Heron positions itself as a verifiable yield agent — a curator for Morpho Blue on GIWA. The point is that every allocation decision, including every decision not to act, is recorded with its reasoning.
By design the core takes a candidate action, venue snapshots, costs and a block, and returns a verdict with a receipt; a party sharing neither code nor database should be able to recompute both from chain state at that block. Risk limits, the team says, are checked by a function rather than promised in a deck.
The figure shown on the page is a net alpha of 19–26 bps per year, measured 2026-08-25. As checked on 2026-08-28 the product is at waitlist stage and deposits are not open.

What Phase 3 is
GASOK is Dunamu and Upbit's builder program for GIWA — an incubation running five months or more. Phase 3 (Aug–Sep 2026) is the "market readiness & launch" stage, aiming at testnet user metrics and a private mainnet deployment. There are five tracks: DeFi/RWA, Consumer/Social, GIWA-Native, AI/Web3, and Mass Adoption.

- Seoul office space if needed, and press and media support
- A slot at KBW 2026 Demo Day
